The Allen-Bradley 2094-AC05-MP5-S is an IAM or Integrated Axis Module featuring the safe torque-off functionality with 200 to 230 Volts AC input power, plus a 9 A inverter and 3 kW converter section. This three-phase module has a nominal input voltage of 325 Volts DC and a 47 to 63 Hertz frequency. It has a bus overvoltage of 415 Volts DC and undervoltage of 138 Volts DC. It is a system component of the Kinetix 6000 Multi-axis Servo Drives designed to help make diagnostics, operation, programming and wiring faster and easier. It boosts flexibility for demanding motion applications while decreasing installation and engineering costs.

The 2094-AC05-MP5-S Integrated Axis Module provides Integrated Motion capability via the Sercos interface. It uses an internal solid-state motor short-circuit protection. When protected by suitable branch circuit protection, it is rated for use on a circuit capable of delivering up to 200,000 A. For enhanced power capability, use recommended parts – FNQ-R-10 Bussmann Fuse and 1492-SPM2D060 non-UL Circuit Breaker for control input power; and A50P20-1 Mersen Fuse for DC-bus Power. Compatible with Kinetix 6200 drives, it also allows migration to enhanced features as needed.

The 2094-AC05-MP5-S Servo Drive is CE-compliant and UL-listed to U.S. and Canadian safety standards. On its top and front panels, the 2094-AC05-MP5-S features a number of connectors used for STO, contactor enable, DC bus/AC input power, motor power, control power, brake, Sercos transmit, DPI, Sercos receive, I/O, motor feedback, and auxiliary feedback. It has a seven-segment fault status indicator and a host of other indicators for drive status, COMM status, and Bus status. Additionally, it has Sercos node address and Sercos communication rate and optical power switches.
