The 2094-PR6 Kinetix 6000 Power Rail is an accessory for the Kinetix 6000 drive system which offers drive functionality based on an IAM and 5 additional modules. The 2094-PR6 itself is mounted on an AC line filter via the 2094 mount bracket. It works with 230V and 480V modules and is built to support a maximum of 6 axis modules. An IAM is attached to the 2094-PR6 with 5 additional AMs, shunt modules, and a slot-filler module. The 2094-PR6 functions by providing the 5 additional modules with control signals and power from the IAM.

With its 6-axis capability, the 2094-PR6 can only support a drive system with 6 or fewer slots. When the 2094-PR6 supports a drive system with a minimum number of required slots less than the 2094-PR6’s slot capacity, the remainder of the un-attached slot(s) must be attached with a slot filler module. The 2094-PR6 is c-UL-us, CE, and IEC 61508: Part 1-7:2000 (functional safety) certified for safe operation in various regions, and is designed to function even at an altitude as high as 1000 meters (3281 feet) without de-rating. The 2094-PR6 is built to withstand an operational shock rate of around 15G, with an operational vibration of G at 5 to Hz. It is also designed for operation at a temperature range of 32-122 °F at 5-95% non-condensing relative humidity. The 2094-PR6 weighs 2.9Kg (6.4lb) and has dimensions of 541.02mm (21.3in) x 515.62mm (20.3in) x 302.26mm (11.9in).
