The Allen-Bradley Kinetix 300 Drive 2097-V33PR3 is an Ethernet I/P Indexing Servo Drive. This Servo drive is used to seamlessly interface with Allen-Bradley’s MP and TL series motors and actuator devices. This servo drives feature an integrated Safe Torque-Off functionality which prevent the drive from restarting after safety circuit has tripped. Additionally, the 2097-V33PR3 has integrated Overvoltage protection rated at 850V DC and short-circuit current protection rated at 100,000 A (rms) symmetrical.

The 2097-V33PR3 Kinetix Servo Drive has an continuous output current and power of 5.7 A and 1.0 kW respectively while the servo drive’s input voltage supports a variety of Voltage class and ranges specifically, 80-132VAC, 1-phase, 80-264VAC, 1-Phase and 80-264VAC, 3-Phase with nominal values of 120VAC and 240VAC, respectively along an input frequency 48-62 Hz.

This Kinetix servo drive is designed to be installed with drive accessories such as AC line filters for limiting AC line noise and ripples, Terminal block for I/O connector, Shunt resistors, Memory module programmer for configuration of memory module and Memory module for automatic drive replacement.

The 2097-V33PR3 has an Ethernet I/P communication port that supports implementation of motion over Ethernet I/P and control MP-Series and TL-Series servo motors and actuators. This same port supports simultaneous communication with Remote I/O devices, CompactLogix controllers and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI). Using Allen-Bradley’s Integrated Architecture system, seamless integration to Logix controllers is achievable.
