The 2098-DSD-030X is an Ultra 3000 digital Servo drive from Allen-Bradley. This device is used to control a partner servo motor to implement the desired motion and position control. This is compatible for use with Servo motors such as MP-Series, 1326AB, F-, H-, N-, and Y-Series. It supports interfacing with SERCOS enabled devices such as ControlLogix/ SoftLogix Platforms.

The 2098-DSD-030X is enabled when supplied with 100-240VAC rms, Single-phase along an input frequency of 47-63 Hz while the main AC input current is 28 Amperes and 50 Amperes for Maximum inrush. For auxiliary circuit, the nominal input current for 115VACrms is 1.0 Ampere, 0.5 Ampere for 230VACrms; 47 Amperes for 115VAC(0-pk) maximum inrush and 95 Amperes for 230VAC(0-pk) maximum inrush. This servo drive delivers an output current of Continuous output current (0-pk) of 15 A; Intermittent output current (0-pk) of 30 A; Continuous power output @ 115VAC of 1.5 kW and 3 kW for 230VAC. The drive’s Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) is 4 or 8 kHz, space vector modulation with velocity loop bandwidth of 300 Hz.
