The 2098-IPD-030 is an intelligent positioning drive that is part of the Ultra 5000 product family. This drive is paired to an appropriate servo motor and used to an application that requires high positioning accuracy. This drive operates at an AC input voltage range of 100-240Vrms, 1-Phase along an input frequency of 47-63 Hz. The drive’s output characteristics include delivers output power of 1.5kW at 115 VAC input and 3.0 kW at 230VAC input while the output current of the 2098-IPD-030 is 30A Output Peak Current and 10A Continuous Output Current.

This servo drive is classified as a controlgear device. With this, the 2098-IPD-030 must be mounted to an enclosure that meets the requirements laid out by the IEC60529 standard. The enclosure must be located in an even surface with rigid and vertical surface.
