Allen Bradley Ultra5000 number 2098-IPD-075 intelligent positioning drive is a 240 Volt AC, 3-phase, servo motor drive that is capable of delivering up to 7500 Watts of output power continuously.

The 2098-IPD-075 AC servo drive can be configured and fully programmed to suit a wide range of applications, including but not limited to Material Handling, Packaging Application, Conveyors, and textile rollers.

The Ultra5000 2098-IPD-075 can provide high speed and high precision due to its superior DSP-based control architecture that enables it to deal with up to 2.5 MHZ TTL encoder signals, with a Position capture latency that is less than 1.0 μs. The powerful Integrated Power Module (IPM)-based power section is capable of not only delivering up to 7500 Watts but also provides all necessary overload protection functions and fault diagnostics.

The 2098-IPD-075 contains a wide variety of fully configurable, fully programmable Digital and Analog General purpose I/Os, and also contains a dedicated purpose port, e.g. Motor temperature, that makes it an ideal compact solution for motion control applications.
