Automation Pioneer Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing with Automation Pioneer and we are sorry if you need a return, here’s what you need to know:

Returns require RMA# and are subject to approval.  Also, please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that there are no returns for special order or non-stock items..

Not all items can be returned.  For example, all built/made to order, products with extended lead time, non-cancellable or custom products cannot be returned. Additionally, currently International orders cannot be returned. 

Returns of new and unused items.
The item must be in re-sellable condition and be returned with all of the original packaging.  All returns are subject to warehouse approval. Items may be returned for refund or for exchange. Please note that we must receive the original item back before a replacement is sent. Our restocking fee schedule is detailed below and begins the day you receive your order. To begin your return, please e-mail or fax a completed RMA form to us.

1 – 30 days from delivery No Restocking Fee
31 – 60 days from delivery 20% restock ($10 minimum)
Over 60 days from delivery No Returns


For the items that can be returned, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be acquired for every return. Any item returned without a valid RMA unfortunately will not be awarded credit and will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

Products must be returned in purchased condition and are subject to manufacturers return policies including restocking fees. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on items being returned or exchanged. Credits or exchanges will be provided once the return item has been received, evaluated and deemed in resalable condition.  No credits will be awarded for items lost or damaged during the return shipping.
We do not accept returns of used items.

Refund Details and Promotional Discounts.

For All Returns, please note that any promotional discount or incentive that was offered will be taken into account. For example, if you received free shipping on an order of $300 or more and the order is returned, the original shipping charges will be withheld from the refund. If you received a quantity discount and return part of the order, any price difference will be reflected in your refund.

Return request must be filed within 30 days from date of delivery, unless otherwise noted by individual product warranty.

Returns are subject to inspection for damage, product use, and condition returned for credit to be issued.

Returns are valid for 30 days from date of issued RMA form unless otherwise advised.
